Viking Yachts For Sale

All Viking Yachts For Sale on Sportfishtrader are manufactured 90% in-house at the Viking Factory.  In 1964, Bob and Bill Healey bought Peterson-Viking Builders (a small builder of 37-foot wooden sportfishing boats) to start their own company that would later become world-renowned for its luxury performance sportfishing and cruising yachts. In only five decades since then, this New Jersey family-owned business has grown into one of the leading manufacturers in fiberglass production with over 4 thousand Vikings delivered worldwide!

Why Are Viking Yachts So Expensive?

Viking Yachts are so expensive because they want to offer their customers the best quality sportfishing boat in the world. The team behind Viking yachts is among the most passionate and dedicated in all of sportfishing, which means there's never any compromise when it comes to building a high-end product to chase down the biggest billfish around the globe!

What Is The Largest Viking Yacht?

The biggest Viking Sportfishing Boat made is the Viking 92 Enclosed Bridge.  She has a beam of 24ft, a gross weight of 205,000lbs, and a fuel capacity of 4,015 gallons.  The price of a 92 Viking ranges from $9 million dollars to about $11 million dollars (Depending on the specs desired by the client).

Viking 90C

The next generation Viking Sportfish flagship will be the Viking 90C.  At 90ft long with a beam of 23.2 ft you would think she wouldn't be very fast, but you would be seriously mistaken.  The 90ft model will be available with 3 different options in the engine room:
  • Cat C32A 1925 hp each
  • Cat C32B 2433 hp each
  • MTU 2000 V16 M96L 2635hp each
As for fuel, the new 90C will give great range to owners with it 3801 gallons of fuel capacity and provide plenty of fresh water with a 480-gallon tank.

Who Owns Viking Yachts?

Brothers Bill and Bob Healy are the founders of Viking Yachts.  Bill's son Patrick Healey is the current CEO and Robert Healey Jr (Bob's Son) is the Executive Co-Chairman of the Viking Group, which manages Viking Yachts.

Where Are Viking Yachts Made?

New Viking Yachts are made in New Gretna, New Jersey on the bass river.  New Viking builds range from 38ft to 90ft and are one of the most desired fishing yachts on the market today!
