Manufacturer's Description

A classic Grady-White model, the 300 Marlin is an updated version of the 280 Marlin built in 1989-94. The 300 has been the recipient of several updates over the years. Teardrop cabin windows replaced the original rectangular windows in 1999, and the transom was redesigned in 2004 with a larger fish box and a removable cooler box. Max horsepower ratings have also changed as engines became heavier and more powerful. With her tank-like construction and seaworthy deep-V hull, the Marlin more than holds

her own against any competitive boat. Standard features include an integrated swim/dive platform, 30-gallon standup livewell, rigging station with tackle drawers, insulated fish box, cockpit rod storage, cockpit toe rails, aft-facing jump seat, transom door, raw-water

washdown, cockpit bolsters, gunnel rod holders, and foldaway rear seat. Below deck, the Marlin's well-finished cabin sleeps four and includes a full-service galley with fridge, enclosed head/shower, midcabin double berth, and convertible dinette/V-berth forward. No lightweight, the Marlin tops out at close to 40 knots with Yamaha 250s. Used Marlins are nearly always in demand.
